Kate is a Senior Contract and Cost Engineering professional with over 15 years' experience delivering financial governance, cost control, and strategic commercial leadership across large-scale Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, and Infrastructure projects — including programmes valued up to $113B USD.

Her career spans client, EPCM, PMC, and contractor environments, with major project credits including Chevron's Future Growth Project ($50.5B), Redpath Deilmann's Woodsmith Project ($113B), ENI UK's Liverpool Bay decommissioning programme, Anglo American ($6.8B), Saudi Aramco, BHP Billiton, and Chevron Wheatstone ($29B).

Kate's core expertise covers cost and schedule baseline development, performance monitoring and variance analysis, change management governance, executive reporting and dashboard design, procurement strategy, and commercial risk advisory. She has led international onshore and offshore teams across the UK, Kazakhstan, and Australia, and is experienced in SAP, Ariba, CostX, and advanced Excel modelling.

Kate founded CMC to bring this depth of major-project experience directly to clients as a flexible, remote commercial resource — providing the rigour of a senior in-house function without the overhead.

Ashlee is developing her commercial expertise across cost management and reporting, supporting the delivery of CMC's services. She brings enthusiasm and attention to detail to every project, working closely with Kate to provide clients with accurate, timely commercial support.
